Using Navi with Asana

Connect Asana

Open the Tools panel, find Asana, click Connect, and go through Asana's OAuth screen.

Use cases

File a task from a Notion note

Prompt I just wrote a design brief on my "Marketing backlog" Notion page. Create an Asana task in the Marketing project, section "New requests." Assign to Dan, due next Friday. Pull the description from the Notion page and link back to it.

Daily to-do roll-up

Prompt List all my Asana tasks due today or overdue. Group by project. Tell me what's urgent.

Weekly team update

Prompt Pull every task my team closed in Asana this week across all projects. Write a two-paragraph team update I can send to my VP.

Re-organize a project

Prompt In the "Q2 Campaigns" project, move every completed task to the "Done" section. Move every task with no assignee into "Needs owner."

Tag by theme
